So, as I have literally just submitted my last assignment, I have mixed emotions that I am no longer a student!
If someone asked me if I could go back and do it all again, I really don't know what I would say. I've loved the experiences, I have an amazing cv with work experiences, I've being able to produce and progress through some things like a charity showcase, I've visited Romania and got to see how they work their businesses over there, it has just being incredible. BUT, and a big BUT, the work was so long winded and stressful and I could probably create my own river with the amount I have cried from it.
It's finally done though, now I just need to wait to get my scores back (I passed my dissertation, wooo!) and then on to graduation and my future. Scary, I know. But at least I'll have a lot more time to blog now!

Barcelona☀️
As I've said before, I happened to be lucky enough to spend my 21st birthday in Barcelona!☀️☀️
Me and my friend were staying in Costa Brava - Calella which is about an hour away from Barcelona on the train. The train was €10 each for a return ticket which you seriously can't complain about. We got off to the train and of course, Burger King.. with us both being fussy eaters, it was easier than trying to Spanish cuisine even though I know I like the majority of it wth my grandparents living in Spain for 7 years when I was younger.
We walked all the way down La Ramba, went into some street market thing which was pretty cool and then came to the moving statues. I think I seemed to make a good friend that day, he didn't want me to leave him after we'd had a cute selfie together.
We then found the docks and found boat tours which were €15 each for a tour around the harbour, we got to see a Spanish navy ship and the full docks where all the ferries were and thought we was going to drown with how rocky the waves were D:!
After finally getting back on solid and dry land (kissing the ground as we got back to it), we decided to try and find the Sagrada Familia which we figured out was about an hours walk away so after finding the Arco de Triomf we found a bike hire just at the side of it which was €5 each for two hours! We whizzed round Barcelona and found the Sagrada Familia but it was hard to take pictures as bikes aren't aloud on the paths. We rode under the Arco de Triomf and around the park behind it and found a gorgeous water fountain there.
It was actually an amazing feeling just being able to feel the cool breeze as well a step getting sunburnt but being able to see all the tourist areas all at the same time.
I would definitely return but I'd probably take my Mum or boyfriend who love that type of thing too.
After we returned the bikes, we did what any normal 21 year old Birthday girl would do, got an alcoholic beverage and returned to our hotel to hit the Calella town🎉🎉

May Update!
Ok, so it turns out all these stories about having a terrible time when your soldier gets deployed are true..
I completely messed up one of my assignments, I had a horrible time on holiday, a close family member died on my 21st so I have a funeral coming up and my body has had a complete meltdown and he's only been gone a few weeks D:..
But on the plus side, as much as he misses me, he got to have the amazing experience of horse riding on the rockies which I'm so jealous of! And apparently, his exercise finishes a few days earlier than it's supposed to, so I could have him home in just under a month! But, it's the army, so I'll try not to get my hopes up too much.
As much as I promised myself I would blog a lot more, I've had my dissertation to finish (it's finally handed in!!!) and other assignments, my holiday, my birthday, life, etc. But as soon as I have finished university, I'm definitely going to try and get into blogging properly, well hopefully.
I also got series five and six of Game of Thrones and all of the Harry Potter books for my birthday so I may be slightly occupied for a while but I will try and definitely keep you updated with deployment for any possible readers out there :)

Deployment Time!
Ok so, the absolute rubbish from deployment with my boyfriend has started already. His flight dates have been changed so many times, the plan for while he is out there has also been changed ridiculous amounts of time and anything I'm told now, I just take with a pinch of salt.
Trying to deal with a boyfriend flying to the other side of the world for ten weeks where I know I'm hardly going to be able to speak to him, while dealing with a dissertation due date in TWO (!) days and then four other assignments to be completed in a month and a part time job is so stressful right now and I can tell you now, I definitely would not recommend it. I mean, I wouldn't change my boyfriend, job or degree for the world because I love all three but it's so horrible. I'm literally counting down the days to everything and I'm so happy I fly out to Spain for a week for my 21st on Sunday because I think I deserve a break!
While I've been researching ways to try and deal with deployment, I've noticed that there is literally nothing on army girlfriends, because in the army, unless you have a ring on it, you're just another civilian and that feels pretty terrible. I'll always be the last to know anything no matter what, and its literally putting pressure on so much. Don't get me wrong, we've both done our best we can to prepare for it. We've spent two weeks together, been on dates, stayed away for a few days, he bought me birthday presents (seriously spoilt me), we've written each other 'open when' letters and I may have stolen some of his clothes... but I still do not feel prepared for it at all.
I guess we just take it a day at a time and hope it flies by, keep myself distracted and make new memories and plans for when he does come home.
I'll try to keep my blog updated in between my hectic life and look forward to and end of deployment blog post!

Game of Thrones Tag
Ok, so like the majority of the population, I am a HUGE Game of Thrones fan. I have the books yet I haven't managed to read them all as they're pretty hard to get into but I am a huge fan of the series and have rewatched them too many times. I can't wait for series 7, I'm getting so impatient waiting for it!
1. How did you discover the series/books?
I think it was originally my parents that told me they'd found a new TV series that was really good, sat down as a family to watch it and boom, I was hooked. I bought the books just after series 4 came out but they're a hard set to get into but I plan to read them in the next few months.
2. Who is your favourite house, other than the Starks and the Lannisters?
Well for a start, I'm not a fan of the Lannisters except Tyrion. My favourite house would have to be Targaryen I think, I love their history of dragons and Daenerys is deffo Queen B!
3. Who is your favourite character from House Stark?
Arya, she's just so sassy.
4. Who is your favourite character from House Lannister?
Tyrion!! He is the comedian clearly but definitely makes the less exciting episodes worth watching. "I am the God of tits and wine". Although, recently Jaime has been picking up and he is definitely in love with Brienne, he's just in denial like he is with his morals.
5. Who is your favourite character?
Really, how can you pick a favourite?!
6. Who is your least favourite character?
This is also hard, its a cross between Littlefinger who is just creepy as, Joffrey where it was quite fun but creepy to watch him die and Cersei, I just really really hate her.
7. What are your thoughts on the series/books?
I love that its like historic but then it has magic and dragons involved. It is kind of frustrating when it flits from one area to another and that it always seems to take 5/6 episodes in a series for anything decent to happen and then they leave the finale on a massive cliffhanger, it's heartbreaking and frustrating to be so patient!
8. If you could be one of the characters, who would you be and why?
This is a hard choice but I do reckon Daenyerys would be a good one to be, she's just an absolute boss, she rides dragons and pretty much every loves her and she's totally badass.
9. What is your favourite episode or season?
Season 6 was definitely my favourite season even though they killed so many great characters off, the graphics and content was amazing, and the white walkers finally made a proper appearance, just so much happened. However, my favourite episode will always be after Khal Drogo died and Daenyerys sets the witch on fire with him and her dragon eggs and when the fire all goes, she just stands up naked with three dragons, power just radiated from her, it was awesome.
10. Who is your GoT crush?
I know he's dead but Robb Stark was an absolute babe.
11. What are you looking forward to in the upcoming season?
The upcoming season is season 7 and I literally can't wait for the huge battle between literally everyone. Who's going to win and will Jon and Daenyerys meet and discover they're related then join forces and totally kick butt?! (That's my theory anyway)

Army Girlfriend
As I've said in previous blog posts, my boyfriend is in the Army and let me tell you one thing, it is hard.
He's currently posted 197 miles away from me at his unit, (yes I google mapped it to check), and this lasts for two years. It gets hard only seeing him most weekends especially when I work most weekends as well. It means long drives every weekend to see each other but it's definitely worth it.
Compared to previous relationships, it's easier to miss him, to think of different ideas for us to do things together when we do see each other. I look forward to seeing/speaking to him a lot more because I don't get to spend every single day with him. Although, if you've had a bad day, every thing has gone wrong or you just feel crappy, you can't go home to a cuddle, you have to make do with a phone call if you're lucky which sucks.
It definitely sucks that because I'm just a girlfriend, not a wife, the military seem to disregard me, I'm not important because they see me as just another one so if he gets deployed or anything like that, I would be the last to know EVERYTHING.
Speaking of deployment, that's ridiculous. He's going on a deployment exercise for 10 weeks in April and then 4 weeks in July where they've been told they're not aloud their phones with them, that they'll be taken off them and I literally can't do a thing about it.. Even if we can have contact, he is 5 hours behind us. He misses my 21st birthday, his brother's and mum's birthdays, he even may miss his own birthday which sucks. I guess I'm lucky because I have a holiday booked for my 21st with my best friend and I have university to concentrate on in the first 5 weeks but until I get into a graduate job, I have nothing to keep me occupied. It's going to be so hard for both of us, especially him as he's the one that has to walk away and get onto that plane with hardly anyone he knows to spend the 14 weeks with where I have my family and friends with me. This will be the longest we've been apart, he's only had to do a 3 day exercise with no contact before.
It's nerve wrecking though, sitting and waiting for a message, a phone call, anything just to hear from them to make sure they're okay. A "Hi, I love you, I'm okay" is everything in this type of relationship. We do have ideas to help us through it, and I may have acquired some additions to my wardrobe of his and I have a huge teddy he got me for valentines day to cuddle which will help.
At the end of the day, it does suck, the basic things that people take for granted in relationships are the things that we have difficulty doing but when we are together, it is so worth the wait and the distance. You learn to grow together, closer and quickly, you get more chance to travel, you appreciate each other way more and learn not to take each other for granted too. You learn to be more understanding and end up being a strong and supportive team while you're together and apart. You fall in love deeply, a lot quicker but it always means more when you're finally back together.

The Me Time Tag
I love doing this, it gives me something to blog about and gives readers the chance to get to know me, if there is any readers out there, hey you guys!
1. What do you like to watch or read during me-time? I rarely watch TV unless I have nothing to do and it's a binge sesh on Netflix, which right now I'm re-watching The Big Bang Theory but with having to juggle work, uni, dissertation and a social life, I'm only on season 4 and I started watching it months ago D:! I do love a good read though, and I will pretty much read anything but right now I've been carrying round Night School with me.

2. What do you wear during me-time? It's either my pj's because I am proud to say I am one of those girls with a vast nightwear collection along with my Hogwarts dressing gown that has a hood like the dementors for Christmas (I am sad I know) and if it's not my pj's, its my boyfriends comfy army hoody with shorts or trackies, which is gym wear for me sometimes aswell.
3. What are your favourite me-time beauty products? Beauty products with my skin? I wish! However, a friend of mine has recommended a Simple face mask which apparently I should be ok with so I'm going to test it out. Otherwise, I love painting my nails, I find it relaxing yet I normally stick to dark colours like black and navy unless I know I have work then it's a simple nude for me.
4. Current favourite nail polish? Right now I usually wear either Midnight Ocean or Nocturnal from Mac.
5. What do you eat or drink during me-time? I've recently been on more of a health kick so I've been drinking a lot of water but I am guilty for a good hot chocolate or a bottle of Lucozade! I also find it hard to resist doritos and dip, especially when I'm doing my assignments but I have tried compromising with celery and carrot sticks with a dip.
6. Current favourite candle? Vanilla usually, I love the smell of it or anything fruity but I don't really have time to use them.
7. Do you ever have outdoor me-time? I wouldn't exactly call it me time, but sometimes me and my Mum take our two dogs for a real long walk across a field near where she lives which is nice and relaxing, otherwise, I don't have the time again.
8. Would you ever go and watch a film alone? In cinema? No chance.
9. Favourite online shop? New Look, they always send me emails teasing me with their sales and special offers and even though I probably wear the same 5 outfits, I always end up buying something new which is hard especially when I'm trying to save.
10. Anything to add? What else do you do during me-time? Recently, I've been spending a lot of time cuddled up in bed with music or a film on as background noise with long phone calls to my boyfriend. He's in the army and posted 197 miles away (yes I checked) and soon to be going away for 12 weeks, so I look forward to coming home after a busy day to wind down with a long phone call to him. I also like to watch Liverpool play and just have a nice bubble bath.
